Very interesting approach to this but the page this refers to does not really go into what type of woman would be the best candidate for this surgery. One of the other links does however but it takes some finding. It is not recommended for women over a size DD. This site does have pictures and to be honest the breasts are smaller but there are sagging quite a bit and in my opinion still look pretty bad. For me personally the sagging is one of the things I would want to eliminate which this would not help, so for me this wouldn't be a good alternative, but for others this "minimal scarring" approach may fit the bill for you.
