Fitness during pregnancy helps your body in two ways: it keeps your heart strong and your muscles in shape and it relives the basic discomforts of pregnancy — from morning sickness to constipation to achy legs and backs. Fantastic link!

I love the "Pregnancy for Dummies" series. Great info, easy to understand and use.
